Do I need to make a booking deposit?

Our deposit requirement is typically 5% of the total cost of your services, which must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you give us at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit as a cancellation fee. However, we do understand that emergencies can occur, and we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.

How do i maintain a ceramic coated car?

We offer safe maintenance wash plans, our Mobile Valeting team will take care of your vehicle at the ease of your home or place of work. Want to maintain it yourself? It is recommended to wash the vehicle regularly with a pH-neutral car shampoo and a microfiber wash mitt. Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes, as they can scratch the coating.
