Do I need to make a booking deposit?

Our deposit requirement is typically 5% of the total cost of your services, which must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit ensures that we can allocate the necessary time and resources to provide you with the best possible service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your appointment. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you give us at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit as a cancellation fee. However, we do understand that emergencies can occur, and we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.

How long does it take to apply ceramic coating?

The duration of the service will depend on the condition of your vehicle's paintwork and the selected services, with an average timeframe of 4-6 days.

How do i maintain a ceramic coated car?

We offer safe maintenance wash plans, our Mobile Valeting team will take care of your vehicle at the ease of your home or place of work. Want to maintain it yourself? It is recommended to wash the vehicle regularly with a pH-neutral car shampoo and a microfiber wash mitt. Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes, as they can scratch the coating. Please speak to our team for more details.

What is a ceramic coating?

Why does my new car need machine polishing?

How long does it take to get my car machine polished?

Generally, it can take anywhere from 2 - 3 days to complete the process. It is recommended to consult with our team and let us inspect the vehicle.

Why is hand polishing worthless?

Hand polishing is often ineffective and time-consuming compared to machine polishing. It can result in inconsistent results and is not as effective at removing imperfections like scratches and swirl marks. Some hand compounds contain filler which just hides the scratches but gets removed with the next wash. For a flawless finish, machine polishing is often the better option.

How long does it take to get my interior deep cleaned?

The time it takes to deep clean your interior will depend on the size of the vehicle and the extent of the cleaning required. Generally, a thorough interior cleaning can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day, depending on the level of detail and the number of areas that require cleaning. We strive to complete the job as efficiently as possible without compromising on the quality of our work. Does machine polishing remove scratches permanently?

We can also travel further afield across the whole of the UK, although additional travel costs may apply. Do you offer monthly, weekly, bi weekly washes plans?

Yes, we offer regular maintenance washes on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly basis. However, before we can sign you up for these services, we need to perform a thorough deep cleaning of your vehicle by our professional team. Once your vehicle has been deep cleaned, we can then visit you regularly to maintain its cleanliness and appearance. Our maintenance washes are designed to help keep your vehicle looking its best between full deep cleaning appointments, ultimately saving you time and money.

What if it rains on the day of my appointment?

In the event of rain on the day of your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a different day. This is because rain can interfere with our ability to provide the best possible valeting service for your vehicle. We want to ensure that your vehicle receives the highest quality care and attention, and rescheduling for a dry day is the best way to achieve this. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options for our valeting services, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. We also offer secure online payment options for your convenience. Do you offer warranty for ceramic coatings?

Yes, we offer a warranty for our ceramic coating services, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the durability of your chosen coating. This warranty covers defects and performance issues from the date of your collection day until the end of the specified ceramic coating durability on your invoice. However, to ensure the coating's protective properties, we must maintain the vehicle ourselves. If maintained elsewhere, we cannot offer a warranty. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for all of the services we provide, both at our detailing facility and on our mobile van. This includes public liability insurance and insurance for any damage that may occur during our detailing services. You can have peace of mind knowing that you and your vehicle are protected while in our care, whether you visit us at our facility or we come to you with our mobile van.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers, credit cards via card reader or payable link.
